Excitement builds for Christmas

Halls decked with holly and a wonderful scented blue fir tree in the drawing room

A roaring log fire and glasses of mulled wine chinking on the tray as they are handed out

This has to be one of my perfect christmas eve moments at The Manor House.

Knowing that all the presents are wrapped and anticipating the feast to come,

I cannot imagine being anywhere else.
