TERMS & CONDITIONS

A deposit of 30% of the rental tariff is required to reserve your dates with us together with a completed booking form. We will reserve your dates upon receipt of payment and we will contact you with confirmation of your reservation once payment has cleared. This deposit is non-refundable. 

 

The balance of the rental charge is due no later than two months prior to your intended stay. Failure to pay the balance before this time may result in

the cancellation of your booking with us. The balance payment is non-refundable. We strongly advise guests to take out travel cancellation insurance. 

If your stay is due to start within two months of your booking the complete payment is required to reserve your stay with us.

 

The damage deposit is refunded in full on the condition that guests cause no material damage to The Manor House or its contents and comply fully with the conditions below. The person making the booking will be responsible for the costs of any damage caused by the group.

 

We ask that any cancellation made by you for any reason must be in writing to us at the address at the bottom of the booking form or by email.

On receipt of the notice of cancellation we will seek to re-let the Property for the period of the booking. If we succeed in re-letting, the refund will be of equal amount to the money we receive from the re booking.

Weekly bookings operate on a Friday to Friday basis. Arrivals are from 4pm (luggage may be left earlier by prior arrangement).

Weekends operate from Friday 4pm to Monday 10am.

 

Guests are requested to vacate by 10am leaving the Manor House tidy with rubbish placed in the external bins at the estate entrance.

 

Bed linen, bath towels, electricity, heating, Wifi and a large basket of logs and normal cleaning costs are included.

Treharrock Manor is let solely for the purpose of a holiday for up to 18-20 people. The House is not to be re-let or sub-let without permission in writing. Guests must declare the number and age of people in their group at time of booking. Events involving additional day guests may be permitted but there may be an additional charge and such events must be agreed in advance in writing. No stag, hen or single sex groups are permitted.

 

Visitors are to treat the Manor and its contents with care and respect. It should be left as it is found.


The Manor House is to be kept locked and secure at all times during your visit and upon leaving . 


Visitors are to nominate a key holder who will be responsible for ensuring the house is kept secure at all times.

We operate a strict no smoking policy inside The Manor House

 

Due to the presence of ponds and streams in the garden, guests must supervise their children when in the grounds. The duck pond is deeper than it appears.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking should the Manor House become unavailable for any reason outside of our control.
